  • 1 Lemon

  • shredded parmesan cheese

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Ground beef

  • Bell peppers (multicolored)

  • Yellow onions

  • Sour cream

  • 1 Egg

Now lets get into this recipe

As you noticed I have a patty on the side in the picture and for the salad this is a greek inspired ground beef patty that I made and ill be sharing the recipe as well since this is a crucial part of the salad since this will also be your protein.

So the ingredients in this meat patty are included in the picture below :

The vegetables & Ingredients included above are :

  1. 1/2 Chopped yellow onion

  2. 1/3 of Yellow and Orange bell pepper

  3. 1/2 of Grated onion

  4. Marketside Butcher Grass-Fed 80% Lean/20% Fat Ground Beef, 1lb/ 1lb of ground beef

  5. 1/2 of Chopped parsley

  6. Large Tablespoon of sour cream

  7. Large Tablespoon of Chopped Garlic

Also the seasonings that I put inside the meat patty

If you want to skip the pictures I put down below a summary of what the seasonings and the measurements.

  1. 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning

  2. 1 tablespoon of Marjoram

  3. 1 tablespoon of thyme leaves

  4. 1 tablespoon of garlic powder

  5. 1 tablespoon of grounded black pepper

  6. 1 tablespoon of Garlic salt

  7. 2 tablespoons of chef merito Steak/meat seasoning

  8. 1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes

Add in the following seasonings below to your meat mixture

As shown in the picture below

After adding in the seasonings proceed to add the egg after mixing all the ingredients and the seasonings into the meat mixture

so it looks like the picture below

So after the mixture and all ingredients are combined, take the meat mixture and get a baking sheet pan and flatten the meat onto it, and after you flatten the meat mixture on to your pan your pan should look like this.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F but also if you notice the meat is taking too long to cook you can also set your oven higher to atleast 400 degrees. and after you preheat your oven, Proceed to add in the meat mixture and leave it alone to cook for about 30 minutes. or until fully browned.

after the 30 minutes are done you can then allow the meat to cool down and cut up the meat into squares and proceed to fry to get the crispy meat and give the meat more of a gyro type feel.

Next step: Boiling the pasta

Now while your meat is cooking you can now start boiling the pasta needed for the pasta salad and the pasta I used for this specific salad is a rainbow twirls pasta and I left a picture below so you could see the kind I used.

I then added the pasta to a boiling pot with some oil and allowed that to cook for around 20 minutes. and strained them as seen below.

Now that your pasta and protein are finished you can now start prepping your Vegetables and dressing, the vegetables I used in this salad is in the picture below

The ingredients above are :

  1. Red onion (Chopped)

  2. Cherry tomatoes (Chopped)

  3. 1 lemon

  4. Chopped Parsley

  5. Green leaf lettuce (Chopped)

  6. Feta cheese

  7. Shredded Parmesan

Chop up all of your vegetables and set up your plate adding first the lettuce and pasta mixed together and then apply all other ingredients after.

The dressing :

Ingredients included in the dressing:

  • Olive oil

  • tzatziki sauce

  • 1/2 squeeze of lemon/ juice of a lemon

  • Chick fil a Polynesian Sauce

  • black pepper and salt

  • Chopped garlic

Mix the ingredients above to get your dressing and then add that onto your salad and that is how you make your greek inspired pasta salad.

Enjoy!
